My mom was called by the 1 Touch Solutions Religare many times on 29 nov asking us to book a package with them pay rs 7000 750 (dd) and stay at any place in the world. we booked 2 packages trusting these guys.at that time if we had any questions, we would call them and they would immediately call us back. once we received the vouchers, we filled it up duly and there was some mistake in filling the form when we submitted to them. once they received the form, they did not even call us back that our form has been rejected. they told us that there was one section that had to be filled up by us and we will be able to book any destination of our choice. however they have not yet sent me the new form by mail or by email (they promised to send me scanned online form for filling up so that time is not wasted in sending my mail). it has been 15 days and they have not yet contacted me or bothered to know if I have received the forms or not. Since 2 weeks i have been calling them and no one picks up the phone from their side.

I have been defrauded by this company who forgets basic things about integrity and am worried about doing any business with people of Northern India.
