Bus not Arrived at time, and Bad Bus condition

I took the KSRTC bus to come from Hospet to Bangalore. It was Expected to start by 9:15PM from Hospet. After waiting for long, if I ask the controller, he says its coming... finally after 1:30 hour it arrived i.e., 10:30 PM. First of all the bus came late and upon that the condition of the bus was soooooo bad, as if the bus was about to go to the garage same time. I remember the bus no to be KA-37 F22.

If I ask the conductor, he says that the bus was sent to Kampli, this is not the problem for a day, its everyday problem... if this is the thing KSRTC can change the bus timing or stop the service of such buses.
