Leisure Inn Resort Package
Leisure Inn (Marketing company of Mountain Club Resort) made my family in the streets of Goa

Dear Sir/Madam,

A marketing company, called "Leisure Inn" at teynampet chennai is collecting membership payment behalf of clubgroupofhotels.com. Mr. Mathew (Sales Rep) convince me to join. The Leisure Inn people prepared a agreement behalf of Mountain Club Resorts Pvt Ltd. I paid 15, 000/- as initial payment and given 27, 000/- postdated cheque for getting membership. For this Mr. Gopal (Support Executive) given me a letter for complementary package (3 nights 4 days accommodation and food) to goa. After informing Mr. Vijay Kumar Reddy (Leisure Inn Partner) I went with my family to goa and contacted the company by phone for pickup. When I contacted Mr. Abisek Reddy (Leisure Inn Partner) from Goa, he did not responded properly. I informed this by email to head office. Mr. Ajay Kaul (DGM Sales & Marketing of Club Group of Hotels, Ski & Snow Resorts Pvt Ltd, Mountain Club Resorts Pvt Ltd) emailed and asked me to meet him in Leisure Inn office with papers. I met him and he asked sorry for this. Still there is no proper solution. It is already passed 25 days. What action, I can take legally?
