Hotel Chain
Rom canceled not knowing

Paid for a room months ago, went to the hotel and they canceled it on us. Said they over booked it. They got us a room at another place way down the road. That I had not checked out myself, which I did not care for. We paid 187 bucks and they paid 138. OPPS I wasn't supose to know that. Nice of the clerk at the other place to tell me that info. I was told by the GM I should keep quite. Which was BullSh**. I was so mad. I'm the type of person you will hear it, no matter where I am. Also told her there would be plenty of piss poor reviews on this hotel and other things. I asked for a comp or pay back on the room. She laughed and said no, come to our continetale breakfast in the morning. REALLY?
