Negligence of Madhya Pradesh Tourism that I miss by tarin

I am very sorry to say that due to the negligence of Madhya Pradesh Tourism I missed my train. I was with my family on vacation during end of December. We already made payment to MP Tourism for a car booking from Pachmari to Pipariya and I informed them number of times that please don't be late otherwise we will miss our train. It was on 2nd Jan. During the arrival time I called them number of times and no body respond. Ultimately no car from MP tourism arrived and we are forced to take some other car to reach the railway station and we got too late that we missed our train. As some of my family members need to be there, back to our home town by next day (usual arrival time of the missed train) we need to book flight and I spent extra Rs.45, 000/- for this. I wrote to MP tourism no of times and called them up but nobody attend my complain.

Please let me know if you are going to take any steps on this.
