I travel with my family in a bus of Mahasagar Travel Ltd. on dt. 15/05 (Time 10.30 Am) from Rajkot to Junagadh. When I reached the Junaghdh, I shocked to see that one of my luggage is missing. I contact to office member (Mr. Kanubhai). he simply asked that he can't do anything in this matter and he take my mobile no. and note down along with theft matter in his book. This incident occur because bus cleaner (boy) is irresponsible, he gave my luggage to other person in between bus route and surely his mistake/negligence. Till the date i can't receive apology or any phone call from the travel agency.
