Wrong commitment and harrasement

Hi,

my membership id is c80123862 i have taken 25 yrs membership with mahindra last month. i will very much cheated that there was wrong commitment for person vikas who sold me mebership . he commitde me that they have resort and hotels in city in france, swiss, london in where as they dont have any resorts in cities but 50-60 kms away from cities.

on top of that there is no availacility for next 4 months.even there staff members in pitampura branch and vikas has agrred that there wer wrong commitment but as per there policy they cant process refund. now i dont have any option then legal as inspite of several complaints to mahindra i have always been asked to wait but no reply..

I would suggest everyone to not take mahindra and join hands for this cheat company with no ethics.
