No refunds, failed transaction
I paid Rs. 1591 from my SBI account for booking a hotel and money got debited from the account- but the transaction has not gone through, and Makemytrip has not provided any transaction ID or confirmation. The amount has been deducted from my bank account. Since the hotel could not be booked, I once again tried and paid this time - through a credit card and got confirmation.
Every time I call, I am told that my booking was done and they give the second booking details. I failed to get status of the initial-failed transaction - P_l help me get the refund for the faiked first transaction.
