Feel Cheated with hidden costs

Hi

Today I booked a honeymoon package to Kerala from Makemytrip agent. Immediately after paying the whole amount of the package electronically, their agent (makemytrip) called me back and told me that I need to pay 1000 Rs for every night at the hotel desk. This "HIdden Cost" was never told to me until I paid the full amount.

The explanation given by the travel agent of makemytrip and her supervisor was that they did not know about this additional cost and asked me that I would have looked at the hotel's website instead.

I feel cheated as makemytrip agent did not tell me about this "HIdden Cost". I want an explanation from makemytrip customer delight team as why I need to pay an extra amount which was not mentioned in all the calls and emails with makemytrip.
