Make My Trip
Hotel booking

Dear Sir,

I have made booking of Hotel Holiday inn in Make my trip. The amount has already been paid by Credit Card. But when I enquired in the Hotel, they stated that there is no such reservation exists.

The person to whom I have made the booking is Mr. Surbir Singh.

The Date of stay is from 30/10 to 01/11. But when the Hotel authorities stated that no such reservation exists, how can I believe make my trip.
