Trouble with online Bus Booking

Hi,

I wanted to book a ticket from Pune to Selu for khurana travels. I made the payment through my SBI account and the session expires. The ticket amount is deducted from my account. But I didn't have printout of the ticket. Since I didn't login to the makemytrip and booked my ticket.

SO I don't know whether my ticket is booked or not. How can I take a printout of the ticket??? The ticket is not mailed to my mail id.

The transaction was made through CC Avenue gateway and its failed. The transaction details are CCA100532141IG22164559 TRANSFER TO 30993845637 AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE.

The bus details are

If my ticket is not booked yet, is the deducted amount will be refunded to my account??

While trying to book the ticket again, the seat no which I have booked is still unbooked. Is this indicates my transaction is failed??? If yes the When I am going to receive amount back to my account.
