Wrong information, misguided and no response

I bought great india festival vouchers on line via Transaction ID is 8997119. the information provided to me at the time of purchase was totally wrong. when i registered complaint to ms.neha on same department on phone 011-40785161 but reply was not acceptable. then i registered a complaint on makemytrip website to ms. sayani gupta vide Reference ID: [100615-020650] great india festival offer scheme but from there no response at all despite of sending mail to her everyday. i have been using this travel company from so many years. i was not expecting this type of response and work culture from big company.
