Regarding non refund of money

Dear Sir,

I am Bidyut Kanti Dhar and want to lodge a complaint with you against makemytrip, a travel agent. On 15/06, I tried to book Air ticket from Guwahati to Chennai for my son Victor Dhar by the flight no 6E 291through online (Debit Card of SBI). The Money was instantly debited but ticket not received. The ticket was tried to be booked with email Id vickey.d90@gmail.com and phone no given 09436163799 which is my son's id and phone no. However, I have contacted with their customer care when I was provided with booking id IN1006B05738.My discussion detail is as follows: I was told on 23/06 that the money has been credited on 22/06 which will be reflected in your account within 3 working days which was a false information as it was not credited as promised. On 25/06 when contacted I was again told that the money was credited on 24/06 and not on 22/06 and will be reflected within 3 working days but not yet received. Again I have called their customer care today on 29/06 when I was told money has been credited on 24/06 but since it has not been reflected in my account I have to provide my bank statement to them so that they can take up with the bank. But I dont understand why should I provide my bank account to a company with whom I do not have permanent transaction. Is it not their duty to take up the matter with their banker to expedite the refund. Please help me out to get my refund. My email id is bidyutdhar@yahoo.co.in and Mobile no is 09436309657.
