Not Refunding the Money

I have been facing severe issues with my refund of 22, 000 from Make My Trip.

All it started a month ago (sep 7th 2010) when i booked my air ticket and the transaction got cancelled. I had calling Make My trip since then and they have been telling that the money is in their accounts department, and it will take 72 hours to refund.

It has been a mental trauma since then that i keep them calling again and again. But still they say the same thing of 72 Hrs. I had got a mail after i lodged a complain with them. I have attached the details of the mail sent by them. They has asked my bank statements, i have also sent them so actuall they are aware of my accounts as well.

Make my trip, please refund my money . as i believe it is having a good will in the market.
