Refund of money

I booked two bus Volvo tickets from Delhi to katra of dated 30 sept but it was cancelled by makemytrip (as bus operator told), and it was also confirmed by customer care. whenever i am calling to customer care they are saying the same thing from last 12 days we are looking into matter and it will take 48 to 72 hours. i aready drop a mail regarding this whose Reference ID are 101001-011464 and 101001-011491. please help
