Not refunded my money after 10 days of cancellaion

Before 10 days I have cancelled my booking id (NP251992209188) but still not reflecting in my account. I have called up 50 times, no body is responding, they hanged me on phone and then discconect. I have been frustated through this process. For the information, I have already sent my recent bank statement to make my trip. Kindly resolve my problem.
