Hotel Booking on Make My Trip

The option of using Make My Trip has resulted in a fiasco and a complete disaster of time and money.

The booking ID NH251601466791 was confirmation recieved that my room was booked for 2 days in Tip Top Plaza, Mumbai.

On reaching Mumabi and the hotel I was informed that there is no booking from Make My Trip for the two days.

Calling and informing the helpdesk also proved futile cause they seem to be having this tagged as my problem.

I DONT NEED ANY REFUND BUT PLEASE DO NOT USE MAKE MY TRIP FOR ANY HOTEL BOOKING AND NEVER USE TIP TOP PLAZA, THANE (W)
