Wrong refund amount (9805.00 Rs instead of 22249.00) for transaction ID- NF220514392901

Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your attention towards anomaly in my refund money for Transaction ID NF2202514392901 for the ticket taken on 2nd Jan from makemytrip. The ticket was for 3rd Jan from Spicejet. The invoice sent to me was wrong as they charged me 2600 Rs more than the total sum of 3 passengers ticket price.

The total amount paid for 3 passengers by me was 25249.00 Rs. Due to some personal issues, I cancelled the tickets on 2nd Jan, the same day..

To my great surprise I found that the total refund by Makemytrip is 9805 Rs only (as reflected on your website). As per the rules, I am expecting 22249.00 Rs. return (after 3000 rs deduction). Details are as under,

As being a long-time customer I am surprised to see such kind of billing & refund mistakes from this company. I would like to get redressal of the issue at earliest & waiting for the same.
