CANCELLATION CHARGES

I booked a Bus ticket from Mumbai to Ahmedabad on 02nd Dec for journey on 02nd December itself, after booking the ticket I came to know the cancellation charges that 0-14 Hrs was 100%. I cancelled the ticket immediately. I didnot get the refund on the ground that there was less than 14 hours left. the point is that if the cancellation charges was known to us I would not have booked the ticket.
