Not refunding my money

Hello Sir/Mam,
My name is Someet Singh. I booked my vacation to Jaipur on 28th Dec. Which includes my hotel and flight fare. Any how my flights got canceled and airline people refunded my money back but Make my trip people are not refunding my money.
Its being 2 months i kept on calling but every time they give me new reference ID to me but they are not in mood to refund my money.
My booking ID for the vacation in make my trip is :-NP2801014281723.
In response to my again and again complaints the gave me my complaint reference ID's :-
1. 120229018624
2. 120229019150
3. 120316034674
These are some of the reference numbers, but they are not refunding my amount. the amount is of 5670/-
