In my trip there is so many problem but first no hot water in my shower and realy bad food serve in hotel i have to order for drinking water but they give us to after 7 hour i have complaint in company they give we give u only 2000 refund i have stay 2 days in shimla and 3 days in manali i have to paid 43000 rs plz help me for more refund because i have to waste my money plz rep on this id kotakbhavik21@yahoo.in
