REFUND NOT GIVEN

I had booked three Kingfisher Flight tickets on 11.03.2010 for 25.03.2010 through Makemytrip.com from Bagdogra to New Delhi. Total amount for the tickets was Rs. 9159.00 which I paid through Credit Card.

My Flight Booking ID is FLT000010300926.I cancelled my tickets at the Kingfisher airlines counter at Bagdogra airport on 25.03.2010 at 3 PM.(PNR JFWKAD) since I was not permitted to cancel online. The cancellation coupon no from Kingfisher counter is 0909766704461, 0909766704462, 0909766704463. I was told that my refund would be credited through Makemytrip.com.

After that I submitted the cancellation details in Makemytrip.com website vide Feedback Reference No. : 100326-012075 . I even mailed the details at Makemytrip.com with scanned copies of cancellation receipts. I received a mail from Makemytirp.com which they said it will take around 7 days to process the request. But even after more than 15 days I have not received any response from them. I have sent them several reminders over mail but to no effect.
