Cancelation amount not refunded

I have tried to book hotel accommodation at Kodai Resort Hotel in Kodaikanal on 04-06. Without even confirming the availability of rooms, Rs. 10 272/- had been debited from my account. But due to non availability of rooms on the requested dates, the booking was automatically canceled on the next day. Even after communicating many time over phone and in person to Chennai Office at Nungambakkam, the money is not yet refunded.
