Nonrefund of money

I have booked a return ticket from Makemytrip (Booking ID: NF2203116869251) from Mumbai to Lucknow and return via kingfisher airlines. i was informed that my flights are cancelled and I will get full refund for that sector and no alterante option was given.

Now make my trip is not processing my refund (only half refund has been made).

They have told me that they are going to reply to my query in 24 hours on so many previous occasions however I did not recieve any call back from them or any email on the same. On toll free no i have made cal more than 3o times (i hav my phone details as a proof). They have told me that they are going to refund in 72 hrs many times but never made it.

It is so frustating how make my trip functions and its license as an agent should be cancelled. I would like to have my refund along with the exemplary damages for the trauma that I had go undergo till date.
