Not getting Refund Against Cancelletion of Holiday Trip

I had made a Himachal Trip booking thro. MakeMyTrip Delhi office paying an amount of Rs. 96000 thro. Credit Card... Trip to start from 19th. March... but because of my elder son's Board Exam postponment due to Paper lick, I had to cancel the trip on 4th. March. Since then even after several follow up mails, phone call till date I had got back only about Rs. 32000 from them.

On 11th. April I got another mail from them for refund of Rs. 16003 which has not yet been credited to my Credit Card account even after several follow ups.

Need help to recover my hard earn money and a better service as a customer.
