Offer diffrent than promised

The offer was explained by agent who promised 2 airtickets each for 2 adults and 2 children absolutely free however the lady who spoke first transfered the call to agent who said that tickets were free more than two times, after that the call was tranferred to the person who said how many vouchers i will get and did not mention that i will not get tickets absolutely free and only this part of call was recorded

I feel cheated and want money to be refunded at the earliest on account of incorrect information provided to me and and cheating me
