Along with rental amount, cleaning fees and taxes, we were charged a security deposit. After having issues with the heating of the hot tub, no Internet, and a vacation agent that was rude and unprofessional, be warned, do not deal with Florida Dream Vacations.

I am sure if a survey was done with all renters that dealt with this agency, very few if any get their security deposit back. The reason we were given that the depost was not returned was that items had been moved in the game room and not moved back in same place. Let me advise you that items had to be moved to be able to even play on pool table and such. We were also told we had broken a picture and set it out in the garage. This is most certainly not true and was there when we arrived. The place was dusty and we had to clean once arriving. Who ever they are paying to do the cleaning should be fired...

This house was cleaner when we left than when we arrived...

The owner of this Villa lives in the UK has been contacted and is very aware of the situation. RUN, DO NOT LEASE is Villa!!!
