Fraudulent practices by executives of club mahindra

In month of december Mr karan gupta approached me on the behalf of club mahindra company for enrolling my wife

Ms Renu yadav and myself Mr Amrish yadav as member of club mahindra. He offered many incentives for enrolling my wife and myself as members. We deposited a sum of Rs 25000/- in cash and agreed to an EMI plan of 60 month but not through ECS .However our grievances mainly pertains to the following :

(1). We were offered a cash back of Rs.18000/ - which we have not recieved till date.

(2). We were offered an extra holidays package of 6 nights and 7days in club mahindra resort in kerela in the first half of the may though my membership is of white season .this was also reconfirmed by Miss Meenu Arora (MRD) on the welcome call .she assured me that if the executive of the company has made such offer, the will definitely honour it. However both the executives are denying having made such offer. Mr SUMEET SINAH had confirmed all the promises made by karan gupta now says that what he can do. Mr Sanjeev Choudhary their branch head was contaced twice, called him at least 30times but he picked the phone not more 5to 6 times, he is not at all interested in the matter.

(3). I had made it clear to both Mr karan gupta and Ms Meenu arora that we are not going to pay the EMI through ECS.Mr Karan gupta had taken two cancelled cheques of my wife's account as formality for official purpose. My wife has never signed the ECS form nor had she given any mandate for payment through ECS .Two EMIs of Rs.5687/- have been deducted from her account in PNB in the month of feb and march. This is a clear case of forgery and fraud adopted by executives.
