Is this condition legal to have below statement in terms and condition for Booking the CAB

"Meru shall be entitled at any time without giving any reason or prior notice to terminate the booking of taxis done by the Customer."

how could anybody put such terms in the agreement as one totally depends on the service, at least we would like to have intimation of cancelled service quite well in advance to arrange for alternative transport
