Money not refunded

Hi,

I had taken an option of getting an Australian work visa. I had to pay 1 lakh (refundable if no visa approved). I had payed first installment of 33k initially via check, i have a xerx copy of my check.

Due to personal i had to cancel my visa application and told them and contacted them many times, but unfortunately no response and money refunded 33k till date, its been almost one year, kindly help me to get my 33k back.
