ON 06/10 OUR LOCAL TOUR BY CAR AT 9 A.M. BUT NO CAR AVAILABLE AT 10 A.M. CAR AVAILABLE AT 10.30 A.M. BUT THIS CAR IS ALREADY TIRE PUMCHER. HOTEL RECEPTIONIST TOLD US REPAIR THE TIRE ON THE WAY. SO WE ARE FIND OUT THE HOTEL MANAGER FOR COMPLAIN BUT WE KNOW FROM RECEPTION THE MANAGER ALREADY LEAVE FROM HOTEL.
ON 07/11 WE’LL GO TO JHUMPAI HILL AS PER CONTACT BUT WE CAN’T ANY RISK FOR THIS TOUR FOR SO MANY BAD SERVICE IN ABOVE BY THE HOTEL ORGANISER.
SO PLEASE LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AND WE ARE SERIOUSLY COMPLAIN FOR THE ABOVE BAD SERVICE OF THE GINGER HOTEL, AGARTALA, TRIPURA.
