I had a Miserable journey from Nagercoil to Chennai lastnight. They charged 1111 per person and I traveled with my family and my kid. The bus condition is very worst and I certainly had a nightmare. They told that this is a special bus, and when we called the MRM helpdesk, they are telling that we are not responsible. When talk about punctuality, they moved bus Nagercoil 20 minutes late than the actual time and they put the bus more than one hour time.

I do not know how about other buses in MRM. I'm advising MRM that, Please think about customers, we are looking for worth for our money, By the time i made a booking, i thought, It's quite expensive, therefore the bus must be good.

Moreover, it is non AC.
