Not refund our Money

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have given email & Phone calls for the refund of the advance deposited to M/s Orbit Corporate & Leisure Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. (Kanpur office) for ITMA as it has been declined due to refusal of visa. According to consumer law if paid by cash to travel agent and not traveled then money should be refunded immediatelty.

Since it has been so long and I have called couple of times and requested for refund and there has been no proper reply. Infact, on 17th Oct my call was not attended and disconnected.

So I hereby request you to help me to refund the advance of Rs 49000 (receipt no. KPR/81 dated: 25-08) deposited to M/s Orbit Corporate & Leisure Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. as soon as possible without causing any inconvenience for me.
