15F bus too coming to vadapalani platform

in cmbt chennai busses going to vadapalani and broadway in route no 15F both stop in same area and create massive confusion to public and making them running and enter into wrong busses and getting scolded by transport workers causing delay

instead 15F plying towards vadapalani from broadway can touch the M27 platform where vadapalani going public are waiting and many 15F passing thru unnoticed without respecting them some times empty also

in peak hours when not many M27 busses are there how people going to chinmayanagar, avichi and vadapalani will make use of 15F services waiting at vadapalani platform

no announcements are also made in this regard or busses are not having catchy display of the destination where they go

when chennai residents themselves are not clear which bus route goes where how come people from other towns and cities immediately follow,

transport mtc can arrange some inquiry counters to help them to guide with places and bus route link and also make transport workers be courteous towards them rather than shouting at them due to their personal problems like traffic and time maintenance

hope points will be considered on behalf of the public using chinmaa nagar bus route

daily ticket 30 rs is very useful to all mtc using public

similarly ac bus dly tiket at cheaper price can be introduced
