Misrepresentation of Facts and Breach of Contract

My Happy Journey, a tourist agent offered me a couple package for 6N/7D to Kerala at INR22, 500 (inclusive of stay on house boat at Allapey). The detailed itenarary was send to me no. of times to confirm the whole plan. Basis on which i booked my air tickets from Delhi to Cochin and return. As soon as after i did it, the travel agent told me that the price so given was given by mistake and now i need to pay an extra amount of INR 2500.00. This leads to a total Fraud, Misrepresentation of Facts and Breach of Contract.

I am proceeding to file a complaint against My Happy Journey in court of law as they cannot play with the sentiments of consumer and can not take them for granted. I have incuured INR 18, 500 on air tickets under confirmation from thier side for the package.
