CHEATING TRAVEL AGENT NAMRATA TOURS IN DELHI

(www.namratatours.com) DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING IN THE WEBSITE

before 10 days i went to delhi for sight seeing with my family (includes 2 kids aged 6 & 2 years). our train reached to sarai rohilla station. out side of the station we asked one auto man about hotels. he taken us to a travel agent named "NAMRATA TOURS".

That office was looking nice & the travel agent was speaking very nice.

He collected money from us for hotel and agra visit.

we went to hotel.

SHOCK NO 1: THE HOTEL IS VERY WORST (SHYAM HOTEL (a) HOTEL DIPLOMAT INN. (2 names for the same building!!!). no screen (i felt very difficult to change my dress also) unhygienic toilet. used bedlinen. no aircooler, no hot water

(agent collected money by telling aircooler ROOM)

room rent rs.900 per day (it is not worth for even rs.200)

SHOCK NO 2: travel agent collected rs.900 per person for agra visit. after we went to hotel nearby travels are collecting only rs.350 per person. we called him and asked. he replied " we will send a guide, take a photograph etc, etc. yes, but nothing happened. no one came with us.

SHOCK NO 3: WHEN WE ARE CHECKOUT THE HOTEL THE RECEPTIONIST??? asked us 20% extra as tax??? but we fought and came without paid tax coz what we paid already is extraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. 9so total they want to take nearly rs.1100 for that worst room.

next day itself we searched in the area & we got a nice room with ac only for rs.700.

but we could not get the extra amount what we paid for agra visit.

so PLEASE DON'T COMMIT ANY DEALING WITH NAMRATA TOURS. THEY HAVE WEBSITE ALSO. WWW.NAMRATATOURS.COM VISIT THE SITE AND DON'T BELIEVE THE DETAILS WHAT THEY HAVE GIVEN.
