VERY BAD SERVICE

I was travelling from Goa to Mumbai in the Neeta Volvo bus, when i boarded at Madgao there was no blanket supplied when inquired was told that it will be given at Mapsa, i had two seats but i was given only one blanket since it was night i did not notice the vomit on the blanket it was only noticed in the morning, when asked the cleaner answer was it came washed.
