Myself taveled from ahemdabad to Pune on 08 March. I have booked ticket from neeta volvo franchisee Aditya Tours and Travels Ahemdabad. I had paid Rs 2000 for two sleeper seats No 6A / 6B bus no 5510. A cofimation was taken from the franchisee that the bus will go till pune and no change of bus inbetween from sleeper to seater. But on reaching mumbai the bus driver halted the vehicle and said to sit in the seater bus at appx 0400 hrs in the morning. On asking why so he said this bus will not go till pune and u have to go in the seater bus. I told him about the confirmation drom the dealer then he said "If u have to go hen go otherwise stayput here only and bus will go".

pl take corrective measures against the dealer and i want full explanation and reimbursment from the company for the dicomfort caused to me my family and my kid.
