Taken extra charge than in their rules

I had a jouney on 4th November from Pune to Mumbai by Neeat Volvo at 00:10 AM (Mid-night). I had carried an LCD TV along with me and the Driver asked me to pay 200 ruppes when i asked for the receipt for the payed amount then he took me to the Wakad Neeta volvo and a person named Amol charged me 350 rupees for the same and gave me the slip. when in the morning i confirmed from their corporate office then they said they have a policy that 1 laguage will be charged at max 200 rupees. Then they told me that they will refund the amount and get back to me with in aa short span of time. But till now, i have not received any call. I usually call to different-2 offices but no body is responding.

Please solve my problem.
