No seat available for booked Neeta Volvo

I have booked a ticket (AC) Neeta Volvo for 18 the Dec 8.15 Am from Pune to Borivali two days before only (charges-300).that time seats were available. On 18that the time of boarding they told me that seats are not available for the same bus and it is full .the Seat which i have booked was also given to someone else for more charges. Due to this i missed my flight. Neeta Volvo is not a good one so never go for it. They charge more and no facility is provided.
