Last Thursday, 4th November, I had booked a 2 nights package trip to OOTY from New Mahaveer Tours & Travels, 5, Corporation Complex, Tank Bund Road (Next To Upparpet Police Station), Bangalore-560009. The entire trip was a mess. The room provided to us was shabby, and the bedsheets were dirty and used ones. The tour operator Mr. Srinivas (mobile no. 9379554704) had promised a deluxe hotel, but instead put us up in a shabby, unclean Hotel Jaishanti (tourists beware- Jaishanti means no shanti). The tour day bus was supposed to leave at 9 am, but the local guy, Mr. Suresh (mobile no.09443074956) sent the vehicle at 10.45 am. Because of this non sense approach, and after wasting time for lunch in a damn hotel, they did not show us BOTANICAL GARDENS, can u believe it!!! Also, no Rose park, no Boat house, no SIMs park, the list is endless. So, tourists, beware of New Mahaveer Tours & Travels, 5, Corporation Complex, Tank Bund Road (Next To Upparpet Police Station), Bangalore-560009, the travel frauds...
