We had gone on vacaction through acme tours to kashmit for 8 nights -21 people
the tour committed by MR RAJESH WAS NOT FULFILL-REAGARDING THE SERVICE/HOTELS/FOODS .
TOTAL NON SATISFACTION AND NO HEARING .
MENTALLY HARRASEMENT
WE HAD GIVEN HIM 4.5 LAKHS FOR ALL OUR GROUP FORM SRINAGAR TO SRINAGAR
THE TOUR MANAGER WAS NEW AND UNEXPERIENCED AND DIDNOT ATTEND ANY SERIVCE OR COMPLAINT
