Not Refunding Money paid in excess

I had Hired a Car from Mr.mallik 9811442044 from delhi to mainpui in UP, and i had paid 1500 Rs excess to him which he is not refunding to me, and even he is not picking up my phone as well...

So Please dont book the cabs or taxi from Mr.mallik his services are also not good, Drivers are also not good they mostly Drink & smoke and also illetrate.
