One touch solution/religare online trading
No reply for booking

As a client of religare online trading i have been offered for a vacation trip to any where in this world in there resorts in just rs 7000/- only.i paid through credit card & got a form no.10087/booking id 1802281.i sent this form mentioning the resort details to onetouch solution & they got the form on 4th nov. it was written in the form that they will provide the confirmation letter within 10 days.but untill now i haven't received any details regarding this & the call centre people are not responding to this.they are neither confirming nor denying for this.i am in big trouble that how & from where i can get my money back if they are not providing me the resort.kindly help
