Victim of fraud by ONE TOUCH SOUTIONS INDIA PVT LTD (TIE UP WITH RELIGARE)

I subscribed for a holiday package deal with ONE TOUCH SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT.LTD with whom religare is having tie up with. I subscribed for the package on 6th of october and the said that the offer is valid till 1 year from then. But I categorically said that I want to avial the package for my honeymoon scheduled from 1st of dec to 6th of dec and the executive agreed that the necessary arrangements will be done and i will be getting the desired accomodation. So accordingly I scheduled my flight also and sent a requisite dd for 750 (details attached with the mail) to their address. But the tele calling executive after receiving the demand draft said that the accomodation is not available on the desired time frame and then told me reschedule the same but as you know it is not possible for any individual to re schedule his honey moon I asked them to refund my money (Rs. 7500 tour package money Demand draft of Rs.750). Now they are very adamant to refund the same.
