FRAUD BY TRAVEL COMPANY (HELLOTRAVEL.COM)

Dear Sir

I am writing this in order lodge a complaint against a company named ONE TOUCH SOLUTIONS Pvt Ltd. This company is basically deals with tours & travels and is having a site named Hellotravel.com. The company people have taken an amount of Rs 10998 from me by giving false promises. The brief of the incident is as under:

On 2nd March an executive named Ritika Singh of their company has called & asked me to buy a tour package of 4nights & 5 days valid for 4 people anywhere in India/Abroad. Since I have planned a tour to Kerala this Month, I liked the offer and asked her to provide for 6 people (as a total of 3 couple including me has planned a tour). She told me that it is possible & cost for the same will be Rs 8499. Once I agreed for the same she asked me to login into their site & do the transaction. She insisted that sir we have to keep the call on so that she can guide me about the steps being followed for the same. On login into the site there was no option for 3 couple & option which I saw was only for 4 people for which the cost is Rs 5499. On enquired about the same she said sir you please buy 2 packages, as the amount to be deducted will be Rs 8499 only as I have done the settings accordingly. After following her instructions the money deducted was Rs 10998 which I paid through my Credit Card. Once the transaction has complete, I asked her to refund the amount for which she said the same will be refunded by evening or next day morning. After that till date neither my bookings has confirmed nor the extra amount has been refunded.

On contacting their other executives on their call centre numbers, the reply which they give is not satisfactory which resulted in so much of mental harassment & also waste of my precious time. Every time you call you will be answered by some different named executive like Karan, Anil, Ankit, Mahesh etc. All these people give some or the different stories.

I would like to tell you that I am an Army Officer & presently pursuing M-tech from IIT Chennai. Since last 4-5 days these people have harassed me so much that I am regretting why I have bought their tour packages.

It is requested you to kindly help me in resolving this issue as I am in Chennai & feels quite helpless. I am sure with your indulgence I will able to get my money back as also help in blacklisting this firm. The details of company are as under:
