Hotel booking -not confirming as per promiss

I am a qualified member of companies holiday voucher scheme.(my.i.d. no is 201010302551). after paying them 7000 rs 750 rs. As per the promiss company should provide me hotel accomodation for 4 adults and 7 nights in declaired destinations which i did on 22 nd jan. But till today, after 45 days, they are not giving me confirmed hotel booking. I have accepted their proposal for AYUR COUNTY HOTEL iin MANALI FOR 5 NIGHTS.Still for no reason they are not confirming it. To communicate them is a big problem. only one line is working which is always busy and they do not give proper response on e- mail. It seems their intentions are not good.

please help me in getting hotel confirmation from them.
