Fraudulent offers

I have purchased a 7 days accommodation package by paying Rs 7999 in 2010. This was valid for one year. When I have sent the filled in form for redeeming the package, there was no response to it. I have sent several mail and made several calls to their call centre. But call centre executives put me on hold for long time and disconnected the call and there was no revert to any of my mails.

I got the Product promotion offer from "Express India Offers" but all subsequent correspondences were in the name of "One Touch Solutions Pvt Ltd". Both are fraudulent companies. I doubt whether these companies exist and they have any offices!

Please don't buy any products offered by these two entities
