Recently I have decided to visit abroad for each i approached orbitz through one of my neighbour. The representative Ajay though he couldnt give me enough details about the package was very curious in getting me pulled in. I am asked to pay 50, 000 as advance. Unfortunately my VISA got cancelled and i had to cancel my tour package well before 3 days. These people charged me as 35000/- as cancellation fees. They havent got neither my passport copy nor my number and said they had booked all the hotels and air tickets. I am aware that cancelling air ticket before 48hrs will itself charge only 3000rs but before 3 days will not matter much. And after 5 hours my account got debited, i cancelled the package and how come these people booked everything with full deposit within 5 hours!! I have investigated with other travels too and they say only 7000 will be charged for cancellation. They are money looters under the name of well managed firm. So people be aware of ORBITZ travels. Dont get committed with them and lose money like me!!! I couldnt go abroad and i lost money for no cause!! :(Am still waiting for my refund cheque and no proper response from the people even when contacted. Almost a month gona complete still i didnt receive my balance amount. Please BE AWARE OF THESE CHEATERS
