Bad Service and Worst Packers

1. I opted for a separate lorry with closed container, but they sent an open lorry.

2. In my lorry, then carried other goods.

3. The lorry left my house in Chennai at 5.00 p.m and they committed to deliver it at next day morning at 6.00 a.m in Bangalore, but delivered it at evening at 5.00 p.m. Chennai to Bangalore they took 24 hours.

4. The above delay was because they carried other goods along with my goods, so they first went to unload the other goods so that I can imagine as if my things came in a separate lorry.

5. After delivering the goods, I find following goods are missing/damaged.

a) A wooden stool was missing.

b) Hammer, cutting player, wall hangers, and iron cot bolds/nuts were missing.

c) T.V trolley wheel was broken.

Though the above things are minor things, but if try buy from market, it will cost around Rs.-

6. When I asked about the above things, they accepted of the presence of missing items in their loading office and promised deliver it within a week.

7. Everytime when I call they say they sent it. Now it’s one month over, still they haven’t delivered.
